Reiki energy activates your self healing ability.

During the treatment a lovingly life energy flows through your body and this is very relaxing.

This energy brings your body in balance on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

During the Reiki treatment the energy flows through my hands.

I therefore act as a conduit.
